1. the core part of the filter is the filter core. the filter core consists of a filter frame and a stainless steel wire mesh. the stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for damage and needs special protection.
2. when the filter is working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities are precipitated in the filter core. at this time, the pressure drop increases, the flow rate will decrease, and the impurities in the filter core need to be promptly removed;
3. when cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to the fact that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter core cannot be deformed or damaged. otherwise, the filter installed on the filter core will not meet the design requirements for the purity of the filtered medium. compressors, pumps, instruments and other equipment will be affected. to damage;
4. if the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
